Orville, and trainee Noah, arrived on time, respected our home by wearing shoe coverings, and they wore ppe due to covid. Orville was very knowledgeable of the Climate Master geothermal product he serviced and was very courteous when answering customer questions. I would love for him to service my geothermal system in the future.
